These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Perth Asbestos Testing. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide asbestos sampling and testing, inspections and surveys, air monitoring and clearance inspections, carried out by a WA Licensed Asbestos Assessor.

We do not remove or dispose of asbestos. Removal is carried out by a separately licensed asbestos removalist. Keeping our assessment independent of removal is deliberate.

Any prices shown on this site are a guide only and depend on the details of your job, mainly the number of samples that need to be taken and analysed.

We provide a clear quote before we attend. The quote we give you for your specific job is the price that applies, not any general figure on the site.

Our reports describe the materials we inspected and the results of the samples we took, based on the condition of the property at the time of our attendance.

A result applies to the specific material sampled. If other materials are later disturbed or uncovered, they may need their own assessment.

The information on this site is general in nature and provided to help you understand our services. It is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current at all times.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so. We are not liable for loss arising from work carried out by other parties, including removalists or builders.

The content, branding and reports produced by Perth Asbestos Testing remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission, other than your own use of the report we provide to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
